The impact of Blue Zone living:

1. following a Blue Zone diet

2. regular mindful, life activities, gentle exercise and

3. Tai Chi

is shown to normalise hypertensive blood pressures.

Analysis of results over a six month period from July 2025 - January 2026 on a 75 Years male subject indicate a decrease in both systolic and diastolic pressures from high of 164/91 to average 127/77 with low of 93/59

About the Gentle Green Circuit

The Green Circuit is a 1.5 km, minute walk (repeated twice) through the

Great Circle Lodge Park:

Station 1 <> 15 raises light weight routine (arms)

Station 2 <> 15 raises heavy weight routine (arms)

250m slow jog

Station 3 <> Trampoline 30 jumps + 30 raises for stomach and leg muscles

150 ml of Great Circle Mountain Water

Monitor <> Repeat [x as desired]
